Cypress County lifts fire advisory, opens burn permit applications

Cypress County has ended its fire advisory and is accepting applications for burn permits. Residents must obtain a permit before any burning.

Cypress County has lifted its fire advisory and opened burn permit applications, the municipality announced Thursday on Facebook.

"Cypress County is no longer under a fire advisory, but residents must obtain a permit before burning," the county wrote in the post.

Permit applications are available at cypress.ab.ca.
