Students at Monsignor McCoy High School in Medicine Hat raised $250 for the Root Cellar and wellness hub on Thursday, with local bakery Country Crumbs contributing to the effort.

The school's student council organized the fundraising event, the school wrote on Facebook on Thursday. "Thank you to Country Crumbs bakery for the donation and thank you student council for running the event!!"
