Rolling Hills School Agricultural Academy opened a new barn on Wednesday, marking a new chapter for the school's agriculture program in the village of Rolling Hills.

The Eastern Irrigation District, which supported the project, wrote on Facebook on Thursday that it was "incredibly proud to be part of this amazing initiative, which helps educate students about the importance of agriculture and the vital role it plays in our everyday lives."

The district credited the school, students and volunteers for bringing the project to completion. "A huge thank you to the school, students, and dedicated volunteers whose hard work and commitment brought this project to life," the EID wrote.
