Premier Danielle Smith will address Albertans on Tuesday evening to present the results of Monday's provincial referendum, in which voters answered 10 questions about the province's future.

Smith announced the address in a post on X Tuesday afternoon. "Tonight we talk about what comes next," she said.

The address is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. and will air live on CTV, Global, CityNews, Facebook, X and YouTube, Smith said.

She did not disclose results or indicate which way any of the 10 questions had gone.

Medicine Hat-Cardston-Warner MP Glen Motz said in a post on X Tuesday morning that Conservatives would continue fighting for "a stronger Alberta within a united Canada, where our province is treated fairly."

Smith's address can be streamed at alberta.ca/PremiersAddress.
