The City of Medicine Hat is looking for volunteers to serve on its Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, with applications open until Nov. 13 at 4:30 p.m.

The city posted the call for applicants on Facebook on Thursday, saying board members hear appeals related to development permits and subdivision decisions, "balancing property rights, community interests, and responsible growth."

"Your decisions help influence how our city develops for years to come," the city wrote in the post.

Applications can be submitted at medicinehat.ca/cityagencies before the Nov. 13 deadline.
